About FiveSix Pharma

FiveSix Pharma LLC was founded by Tom Macek in 2024 to provide consultancy and advisory services to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries, provide interim or contractual services to clinical development program planning and execution, and to provide technical and strategic solutions to pharmaceutical product development.  Tom has a vast and diverse background that spans 25 years of technical, managerial, and program/team leadership experience in New Drug Development.  His experience spans multiple treatment modalities (small molecules, antibodies, oligonucleotides, and viral gene therapies) in all phases of research (pre-IND to post-approval), and in multiple therapeutic areas (CNS, GI/GU, metabolic disorders, rare diseases and oncology/immuno-oncology).
